The Future
Future Cell Manager releases will support additional platforms.
Future Cell Manager capabilities include:
- comprehensive cell configuration management and verification
- full support of all DCE 1.1 features and functions (when 1.1 becomes available)
- integration with existing system and network tools
- management of cross-cell functions, including Global Directory Service (GDS)
- graphical management of all Distributed File System (DFS) functions
